Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes — we offer a 30-day returns policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return delivery costs for large furniture items are the responsibility of the customer. Faulty or damaged items are collected and replaced at no cost to you.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free delivery on all orders over £500 to mainland UK addresses. For smaller orders or remote locations including Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Items are delivered within 3–7 business days. Larger furniture items are delivered by our 2-man service You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.

Do your products come with a warranty?
